The first full length feature she designed was nominated by American Independent Film Awards for Best Production Design and invited to 42 film festivals worldwide. She is the first female nominated for an Art Directors Guild Award in the Commercial category. Originally drawn to the craft by studying film theory, it is the art of storytelling that drives her design work - in any length or format.
